Most likely, you already know and regularly use Google Analytics, but if not, you should add Google Search Console to your site.
Basically, Google Search Console is a free tool that improves your site’s overall performance by detecting SEO issues that may prevent it from being indexed by Google or displayed in organic search results.

You can see how different keywords are performing in terms of clicks, impressions, and click-through rates. This information shows you to attract people to your content based on your SEO strategy’s target keywords. It also reveals the keywords people are finding you with that you didn’t intend to target.

Every website will have pages that will perform better than others in search engines. The Google Search Console helps you determine which of your web pages attracts the most people to your site.
You can find your most popular pages in the same section where you found your keywords, and filtering and displaying different subsets of data works the same way.
You’ll see a list of all pages viewed and clicked in descending order of popularity, with the best-performing pages at the top. The default view shows the most prevalent pages in terms of clicks and impressions. You can also see the pages which are performing the greatest in terms of click-through rate and position.

Today, every corporation should have a mobile-friendly website. But even if you’ve already taken steps to make sure your website looks good on mobile devices, it’s helpful to know what percentage of your visitors interact with your website on each type of device.

7. Remove URL From Google Index
This Google Search Console feature allows you to temporarily or permanently remove your site URLs from Google search results.
Go to “Unsubscribe” in the left menu and enter the URLs one by one or in batches with a prefix.
Google specifies that for permanent deletion, you must prevent the pages in question from being indexed on your site (via the robots.txt file, for example) or permanently delete them from your site.
8. Check The Ergonomics Of Your Mobile Device
While it is helpful to test your website on mobile phones, you can also use the Google Search Console to confirm that your website sees mobile usage standards.
In the Search Traffic section of the left menu, select the “Mobile Usage” tab. If everything on your site looks okay for Google based on its standards for using mobile devices, you’ll see a green checkmark indicating that no errors were found.
If Google Search Console identifies an element on your website that doesn’t work well on mobile phones, such as using flash or small fonts, you’ll get a message in this section letting you know about the problem so you can work to solve it.

One of the most significant rankings factors is inbound links, also known as backlinks. So, whenever you are linked to another site from another authoritative site, you increase your website’s authority in the eyes of Google’s algorithm.
Under Search Traffic in the left menu, select “Link” to your site. You will see external links from other sites and internal links within your area.
You will see a list of websites that include a link from their site to yours.
And also, You will see a list of the pages on your website that other sites link to most frequently.
In the section called “How your data is linked,” you can also see the anchor text that other sites use most frequently when they link to yours.
You can find more information about each backlink by clicking on the website and the given link. From there, you can see the specific pages that include the link.
10. Verify That Your Site’s Rich Content Is Working
Finally, if you use schema.org markup or other structured data on your website, Google can confirm it’s configured to work on SERPs.
You will find different multimedia content categories, such as breadcrumbs, products, review snippets, or the search box associated with site links.

How To Connect Your Site To Google Search Console
To start, go to the Google Search Console. To access it, you will need to log in with your Google account. Make sure you use the same one you use here for any other Google webmaster tools you use.
Step 1: Once logged in, find the “Add Property” button at the top left of the interface, then enter your website URL. Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 2: Log into your web server and copy/paste the TXT record shown in the DSN settings.
Step 3: Click validate. Note that sometimes it takes a few minutes for the validation.
